[Remote] Data Entry Specialist, Remote

They are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to review and file legal documents, participate in training, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
Responsibilities
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of the industry and processes
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise to ensure accuracy
- Complete additional projects as assigned by the management
- Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to resolve issues and meet common goals
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be reputed company to read, write, and reputed company English
- Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with data entry is a plus; tech experience is strongly preferred
- Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute
- No prior experience necessary, but familiarity with data entry is advantageous
- Basic proficiency in reputed company Office applications
- Strong desire and ability to work as reputed company player
