Responsibilities

• Respond to warm inquiries from individuals who requested information online, by phone, or through mail
• Deliver a positive customer service experience through scheduled reputed company or phone appointments
• reputed company clients on available options and help them complete straightforward applications
• Follow a reputed company-by-reputed company system that removes guesswork and supports long-term reputed company
• Work remotely with full training, tools, and back-office support provided
• 5–10 hours per week on reputed company and follow-reputed company
• 10–20 hours per week meeting with customers
• 5–10 hours per week on training, development, and administrative tasks

Skills

• Experience in customer service, teaching, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable speaking with people
• Desire for a remote role with training and a clear growth path
