[Remote] HR Generalist (Contractor to FTE)

The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, employee reputed company, and providing support on various HR functions. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company for multiple positions across various departments and reputed company

• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications

• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles
