Responsibilities
- Identify and capture new business reputed company pursuits in support of financial targets
- Establish strategic business development initiatives that drive growth through product expansion, new technologies or services, follow-on products or industries, partnerships and alliances
- Collaborate with engineering, program management, and product line management on potential synergies to drive growth
- Develops and maintains relationships with customers and industry partners

- Support tradeshows as required
- Provides timely, accurate, actionable insights on industry, market and budgetary trends and competitors, to support divisional reputed company pursuits
- Evaluates business opportunities (customers/markets/products) in consideration of trends and makes recommendations on growth and capture strategies
- Identify markets, opportunities, and determine feasibility of product development
- Collaborates with Engineering in development of long term market roadmaps and alignment of technology roadmaps
- Gathers and maintains competitive intelligence and analyzes their prices, sales, and methods of operation in order to effectively position reputed company reputed company the market
- Provides inputs into business reviews, strategic planning exercises, resource planning, budget analysis, and opportunity mapping

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of engineering, business development or reputed company experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior reputed company experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior reputed company experience
- 10 years or more demonstrated high level of business/financial acumen; global business acumen in relevant technology markets with broad knowledge of changing global markets
- 10 years or more experience in generating innovative insights from analysis, communicating results effectively, and working with business partners in developing and implementing new methodologies and analysis to drive actionable results
- 10 years or more experience and understanding of new business capture processes, methods and techniques
- Ability to travel 50% time
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- United States Citizen
