STAFF ACCOUNTANT - LEVEL I

We’re hiring a [Staff Accountant – Level I] to join our Finance and reputed company team. This person will bring reputed company to financial data and play a pivotal role in developing reputed company infrastructure to support Happy Dad’s next phase of growth. You’ll work cross-functionally to inform key reputed company across departments and build systems and processes that reputed company smarter, faster insights into our financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Post monthly journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP reputed company standards and company reputed company policies.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including various schedules for prepaids, accruals, and other liabilities.
• Conduct monthly tracking and auditing of P&L accounts to support budget accuracy and derive actionable insights.
• Evaluate e-reputed company transactions, reconciling orders (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) with payment records to ensure transaction accuracy and derive channel and SKU-level insights.
• reputed company inventory reconciliations to maintain accurate stock reputed company and consistency with shipping records.
• Manage purchase orders between Accounts Payable and Procurement to ensure timely processing and inform cash reputed company forecasting.
• Prepare and analyze budget reports for different departments to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Strategic Finance by providing key financial data for reputed company reporting.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on key financial drivers, helping teams understand what’s working, what isn’t, and why.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner—proactively identifying high-impact insights and asking the right questions to influence direction.
• Apply structured thinking, hypothesis-driven problem-solving, and frequent communication to support data-informed reputed company across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company analytical field.
• CPA preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years of work experience in corporate reputed company, audit, or financial operations at a CPG/DTC e-reputed company company (alcohol experience is a plus but not required).
• Highly proficient in reputed company and comfortable with various reputed company systems, including QuickBooks Online, reputed company.com, etc.
• Excellent communication skills—reputed company to distill reputed company data into clear, actionable takeaways.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Key Partners and Team Structure

• You will report directly to the reputed company Manager.
• You’ll work closely with the Production, Procurement, and E-reputed company teams, acting as a key liaison between reputed company and cross-functional stakeholders.
• You’ll collaborate frequently with the Strategic Finance and Executive teams, providing insights that shape financial reputed company.
• You’ll also reputed company with our external partners (e.g., suppliers, vendors, etc.) to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting and analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $68,000 - $80,000
