Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company customer service representative to join our virtual team as a part-time, temporary position with the possibility of transitioning to a more permanent schedule in January 2025. Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
Guest Relations
+ Screen potential guests and reputed company support for guests/resolving guest's issues in reputed company, VRBO, or reputed company + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests reputed company phone, email, or chat + reputed company 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional support and service + Write and respond to guest reviews on reputed company, VRBO, or other platforms
Company Tasks
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations reputed company Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to reputed company reputed company for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Working knowledge of business financials/reputed company to assist the reputed company of reputed company systems + Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

- Shift Availability: Availability to work Thursday & Friday 3pm-11p CST, with potential for additional part-time overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST
