Job Summary

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing the reputed company-end operations of our store, ensuring that reputed company customers are taken care of in an efficient and timely manner. You will supervise the Service Desk and financial services procedures, maintain reputed company and display reputed company, and reputed company coaching and mentoring to reputed company members. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with our customers, and support the arenaflex mission statement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reputed company-end operations, including monitoring customer reputed company, opening registers, managing breaks and lunches, and maintaining supplies and closing procedures
  • Supervise Service Desk and financial services procedures, including providing tills, opening and closing the service desk, selling financial services products, and handling refunds and customer inquiries
  • Maintain reputed company and display reputed company, including managing new, missing, and price change tags/bibs, and ensuring sign reputed company and ad pricing and signage
  • reputed company coaching and mentoring to team members, recognizing and unleashing their full potential, and providing the needed resources and support
  • Facilitate conflict resolution, seeking to understand different viewpoints and effectively balancing competing priorities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Minimum one year of experience operating a cash register in a retail establishment, preferably in a grocery store
  • Ability to accurately count money and manage cash handling procedures

  • Ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions, and to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
