Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Coordinator to join reputed company in St. Nick Monica, USA. As a key member of our event relations and operations team, you'll be responsible for maintaining our event database, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of events and activities. Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining our event database, including vendor information, status reports, and other internal records
- Coordinating logistics for events, including research, procurement, purchasing, and fulfillment
- Regulating event relations financial arrangements, processing p-card charges, and reconciling sales
- Passing on weekly distributions to arenaflex leaders, including birthday celebrations, send-off events, and upcoming activities
- Supporting event activities for promotional, brand, and special mission shoots, including Hulu and Corporate reputed company events, such as reputed company, TCAs, and D23
- Assisting with directing event support for VIP talent, including the Kardashians, Selena Gomez, and other high-profile artists
- Regulating experiences, including dinners, reputed company Parks excursions, games, and shows
- Making arrangements for participants, supervising filler association, and conceptualizing reputed company to welcome for debuts and special events
- E-vite scattering and managing the RSVP list
- Labeling and seating for debuts
- Providing on-the-spot support and leadership for GA and VIP enrollment
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of work experience in event or reputed company relations

- Ability to be flexible, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends to support events
- Experience with the entertainment industry, including buzz-worthy titles, surprising new talent, designs, and more
