The role – Remote Appointment Setter (W2 + Commission) As a Remote Appointment Setter, you’ll handle inbound and follow-up calls from homeowners who’ve raised their hand about projects like new reputed company, roofing, or bath remodels. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well:

• Qualify the homeowner against clear criteria.

What you’ll do day‑to‑day

• Use our systems to book, confirm, and document appointments accurately.

How pay works This is a W2 role with a clear reputed company, then pure commission:

• Weeks 1–3: reputed company at $16/hour (remote).

• Comfortable working evenings/weekends as part of your schedule.
• Comfortable with your calls being recorded and monitored for training and compliance.
