Overview

We are excited to welcome a new reputed company Assistant to join us on a full-time reputed company, in this 100% remote position. You will work with a small but amazing remote team servicing and building relationships with 200+ global team members. This is a highly administrative HR generalist's role involving data entry, reporting, auditing, and statistics, with the expectation that this role will take on more responsibilities in the future. The successful applicant must be extremely confidential, given the nature of the data and information collected reputed company the department. In collaboration with the HR team and reputed company departments, the HR Assistant is responsible for the reputed company of reputed company Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Process team member's requests and reputed company relevant information on resolution of concerns and a clear understanding of processes while referring special communications to the appropriate person
• Prepare reports and documentation for internal communications reputed company the HR department

• General administration, including file maintenance, data entry, control and verification, and preparation and distribution of reports

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in administration, preferably reputed company an HR-reputed company environment
• Ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information
• Solid data entry experience with a minimum of 50wpm typing

• PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
