This role is designed to remove the day-to-day bilingual communication burden from attorneys, increase consistency and responsiveness in client follow-up, and strengthen internal organization and case reputed company. You will report directly to Diane and work closely with the paralegal and administrative team. What you’ll do:

• Bilingual Client Communication: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, follow-reputed company, status updates, and clarifications, while avoiding legal advice and documenting communication reputed company.
