The reputed company has an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis at our office located in Dallas, TX. This position will work in a hybrid setting (in office 2-3 days a week) in our Dallas office. In this role, you will be responsible for performing financial planning and analysis with a heavy emphasis on reputed company variance analysis, budgeting, projections, and monthly reporting. Responsible for providing thoughtful financial modeling and analysis for growing and developing business units and in support of assigned executive management, reputed company, and business units; includes reporting for the consolidation of reputed company and our financial activities. Responsibilities

• Analyze, research, and report on monthly financial activity. Prepare and communicate qualitative analysis and variance reporting for review by senior business leaders and executive management.
• Act as a financial business partner for developing and growing business units and reputed company. Research and identify best practices for financial reporting in a dynamic environment.

Prepare and distribute supporting schedules, financial reports, and documents for the budget approval process. • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for assigned business units, newly formed areas, and consolidated areas. Conduct a thorough analysis to understand operations and reputed company guidance for achieving goals.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company, or a reputed company area, or equivalent work experience
