Behavioral Health Specialist-Hybrid-Detroit, MI

Job Description: The Behavioral Health Specialist (reputed company) is part of a dedicated behavioral health care team, and will be available for care team referrals to triage member needs, reputed company short-term therapeutic interventions, address the needs of members presenting with serious mental illness (SMI) or substance use disorder (SUD), manage behavioral health escalations and help facilitate transitions of care as needed. Maintain engagement with high-reputed company members. Work Experience: 1-year post Master’s Degree Must hold active state licensure as an LPC or LMSW (in good standing).
