Job Summary

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will serve as an expert resource for our end users, handling incoming inquiries and requests across multiple channels. Your primary goal will be to reputed company outstanding support and deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our users' needs are met and issues are resolved reputed company. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to reputed company customer inquiries and support requests across multiple channels, including phone, voicemail, in-app and web messaging, email, and reputed company media, to ensure positive customer experiences
  • Managing ID verifications, ACH requests, chargebacks, and other day-to-day operational functions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal functions and external reputed company parties to resolve reputed company issues and ensure seamless customer support
  • Continuously building and maintaining expert-level product knowledge to reputed company accurate and up-to-date information to our users
  • Communicating with customers reputed company reputed company media, app store reviews, and other channels to ensure a positive and engaging experience
  • Managing payment processing systems and dispute resolution, including ACH, credit cards, chargebacks, and other reputed company issues

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Prior B2C high-volume support experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Proficiency with customer support platforms such as Helpshift or reputed company
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to cater to our diverse user reputed company
  • Experience communicating with customers reputed company reputed company media, app store reviews, and other channels to ensure a positive and engaging experience
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems and dispute resolution, including ACH, credit cards, chargebacks, and other reputed company issues
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, including evenings and overnight shifts, to meet the needs of our users

Compensation and Benefits
