Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the go-to expert for our players, providing technical support and assistance for our free-to-play mobile games across multiple platforms. You'll engage with a global player reputed company, offering technical advice and assistance, and collaborate with diverse departments to resolve issues and enhance our support services. Key Responsibilities

* reputed company technical support for our free-to-play mobile games across multiple platforms, managing player tickets with the help of support engineers

  • Engage with a global player reputed company, offering technical advice and assistance to resolve issues and enhance their gaming experience
  • Identify, prioritize, and reputed company resolve issues, collaborating with diverse departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing for seamless solutions

Requirements
