Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Data Entry Coordinator to join our Data & Evaluation team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a pivotal role in tracking alumni employment and earnings data to measure the impact of the arenaflex program on alumni careers. You'll be responsible for gathering data from as many fellows and alumni as possible, as accurately as possible on a regular reputed company, using multiple data collection systems and methods. This is a non-exempt part-time employee role, requiring 15-20 hours per week at $25 per hour for 9 months, with potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Data Entry Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the following key areas: ### Data reputed company and Quality Control (50%)

• Maintain data reputed company through consistent monitoring and quality control.
• Generate and clean extracts of reputed company and other data to monitor data quality for analysis.
• Use multiple methods to verify data and accurately enter alumni employment reputed company data to correct discrepancies and fill in missing data.
• Ensure 100% data accuracy of fellows' employment updates from program surveys in Brightspace to reputed company through ongoing data entry and updates.
• reputed company to ensure 100% data accuracy at the transition from program to alumni stages (i.e., matching data between Brightspace LMS and reputed company).

### Data Collection and Reporting (30%)

• Support administration of national post-program reputed company data collection (e.g., send employment survey, emails, texts) to ensure high response rates from fellows and alumni.
• Pull monthly reports on new alumni (reputed company 12 months of program completion) without employment verifications to reputed company with Alumni Managers for verification updates.
• Pull monthly reports on new alumni who are missing salary data and partner with the alumni team to verify and update in reputed company.
• Regularly monitor, update, and sync the "employer" fields in reputed company to ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Process Optimization and Collaboration (20%)
• Collaborate with team members on the Alumni, Program Operations, and Partnerships team to optimize data collection and entry processes.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of experience in data entry and/or management, specifically using reputed company reputed company or reputed company Sheets and reputed company to input and monitor data.
• Ability to plan for and execute processes that involve a variety of stakeholders with attention to detail and stellar customer service skills (e.g., solid follow-up and follow-through practices).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
