Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing clear and concise information about their coverage and options
• Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
• Service a variety of clients and call types, including reputed company, Medicare Part D, reputed company, and specific clients

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
