Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative Team reputed company to join reputed company. As a Team reputed company, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, researching and providing referrals to providers/agencies, and utilizing a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility. This is a full-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from reputed company reputed company the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Researching and providing referrals to providers/agencies in Salt Lake County to reputed company eligible consumers
  • Utilizing a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility and reputed company accurate information to customers
  • Offering additional information such as phone numbers or addresses to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization
  • Completing additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the Care Coordination team

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience working with the insurance, medical, behavioral health setting, or financial technology
  • Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
  • Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from reputed company - Saturday (October - March) and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday (reputed company - September)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity working with Financial Health Technology
