Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Customer Service Representative reputed company (Remote, Contract), you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a select group of named accounts to ensure campaign reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with internal subject matter experts to deliver campaign leads and ensure clients are satisfied with the outcome
  • Collaborating with the Sales team from proposal to delivery, including identifying and ensuring delivery options, integrations, and other operational aspects
  • Creating and coordinating account documentation, including reports, RFPs, and other recommendations
  • Being accountable for post-sale account management and driving account growth through excellent customer service, delivery, communication, and reputed company

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of account management and/or reputed company/service experience preferred
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage 30+ clients at once
  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem resolution skills and proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Ability to work reputed company to diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate issues and recognize circumstances that require escalation
  • Comfortable using and learning software, including MS Office (reputed company), custom-reputed company software, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, etc.
