Role Overview We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Support Manager to join reputed company. As a key member of our support operations, you'll be responsible for implementing and iterating on strategies for initial customer support setup, handling incoming queries and support tickets, and developing help center materials and FAQs tailored to our users' needs. You'll also play a crucial role in preparing for and managing the transition to a full customer support team as the platform grows.
