Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of title workflows to meet state service-level agreements for GMF and reputed company remarketed inventory
• Maintain high-quality documentation of follow-reputed company and system updates
• Partner with vendors, dealers, and internal teams to resolve title-reputed company delays and issues
• Research and resolve aging, exceptions, and escalated accounts; escalate to leadership reputed company necessary
