Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary intake reputed company for communication requests from business units
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and approvals
• Edit and proofread communications for reputed company, accuracy, and brand compliance
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely communication delivery
• Build and maintain email templates using HTML for internal and external use
• Track and manage communication workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards

Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or reputed company field
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HTML and email template creation
• Excellent interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration ability
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and content management systems preferred
• Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial communications preferred
• Financial services experience is a plus
