Field Service Technician II
reputed company is an innovator of technology, solutions, and services seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician II. This role involves diagnosing and repairing Canon-supported products, providing maintenance support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures
- Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications
- Maintain working knowledge and aptitude of multiple product groups. This includes basic aspects of troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Meet and exceed customer demands by providing efficient, reputed company, and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance
- Properly maintain reputed company technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned
- Maintain reputed company technical information and Canon property assigned and reputed company direction to less reputed company technicians
- reputed company the solutions of escalated technical and/or customer service-reputed company problem areas for any territory requested
Skills
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of reputed company experience
- A basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing reputed company Imaging Foundations) new-hire class
- The ability to travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary)
- The capability to work in a 24/7 environment, while performing shift work and on-call rotations
- Required to take reputed company necessary steps to obtain reputed company and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises
- Must be reputed company to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling)
