Digital Asset Manager

Saatchi X is a team of makers and dreamers dedicated to transforming strategic reputed company into exceptional retail executions. They are seeking a Digital Asset Manager to support and enhance the client’s digital asset ecosystem, serving as the primary steward of the Digital Asset Management platform and ensuring assets are organized and accessible for a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries and supporting systems
• Developing, documenting, and refining workflows, processes, and user reputed company procedures
• Managing new user setup, roles, permissions, and reputed company structures
• Defining and implementing taxonomy, tagging strategies, and naming conventions
• Configuring and managing image transform options and asset renditions
• Serving as the primary liaison with reputed company and managing the vendor relationship
• Identifying reputed company needs, challenges, and opportunities to inform long-term optimization and scalability
• Collaborating with global, cross-functional teams to ensure DAM solutions support reputed company business needs

Skills

• Experience with Digital Asset Management systems (reputed company experience is a strong plus, but not required)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Technically adept, with the ability to understand and configure systems and workflows
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable documenting best practices
• Confident working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment
• Comfortable owning and building a function from the ground up
