Analyst, Portfolio Operations
reputed company is a super-community bank focused on delivering memorable customer experiences. The Analyst, Portfolio Operations role is key to supporting the Capital Markets Division by managing operational requirements associated with loan portfolios and providing assistance in deal logistics.
Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly participation waterfalls and remittance packages, and initiating wires to investors; responsibilities may also include communication with participants and investors
- Assisting the Desk with operational logistics reputed company to deal diligence, as well as deal closings and settlements
- Performing daily operational functions such as platform fundings, loan sales, and title chain assignments
- Troubleshooting reputed company process or workflow challenges
Skills
- Up to 2 years of experience in operations (reporting, reconciliations, wires) or capital markets middle-office experience at a specialty lender, asset manager, reputed company bank, or similar institution
- Other applicable operations, middle/back-office, or reputed company financial operations experience (reputed company, reputed company, business/data analysis, investor services)
- High level of initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach to working reputed company a team
