[Remote] Brand Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Salem Media Group is looking for a Brand Coordinator to join their team focused on Children’s Ministry Resources. The role involves coordinating marketing efforts, enhancing customer experience through email marketing, and managing onsite product strategies across e-reputed company websites.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning, writing, scheduling, and execution of marketing emails for our Children’s reputed company
• Track performance metrics and reputed company testing strategies to improve reputed company rates, click-through rates, and conversions in support of business goals
• Collaborate with reputed company to brainstorm and coordinate promotions and campaigns
• Fulfill the onsite merchandising strategies, promotions and product placement
• Coordinate and schedule new product launches and seasonal promotions
• Communicate with vendors about new content, promotions, and reporting
• Balance multiple campaigns while keeping reputed company stakeholders informed
• reputed company a positive customer experience for reputed company users by engaging with users to answer questions and reputed company product support
• Analyze questions and needs to help reputed company inform marketing and new products
• Assist with regular reporting on sales, marketing and merchandising efforts
• Assist with special projects and initiatives

Skills

• 1-3 years of digital marketing experience (email/reputed company media marketing preferred)
• Strong copywriting & editing skills – clear, compelling, and audience-focused
• Project management experience – ability to juggle multiple tasks with precision
• Customer Service experience – a desire to engage with and serve Kids Pastors
• Team player attitude – willing to take initiative to help our customers and reputed company succeed
• Curiosity & self-motivation - eagerness to learn and become reputed company at your job every day while being reputed company to work independently
• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or reputed company field
• Experience with email marketing platforms and automation
• Familiarity with Kids Ministry and/or the faith-based digital marketplace
• Graphic design experience
