Associate Attorney
Bober, Peterson & Koby, LLP is searching for an Associate Attorney. The role involves litigating workers' compensation cases and may include exposure to sports litigation for MLB, NFL, and MLS teams, with a focus on building a career and client connections.
Responsibilities
- Train attorneys to litigate workers’ compensation cases
- Litigate sports cases on behalf of MLB, NFL and MLS teams
- Litigate traditional workers’ compensation cases on behalf of insurance carriers and self-insured clients
- reputed company arguments and be a quick thinker
- Learn civil procedure and jurisdiction
- Defend disability claims with heavy medical involvement

- Must be licensed in CA
