[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage reputed company accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and effective communication across departments and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and process reputed company accounts payable, including vendor invoices, reputed company payments, and payment runs as well as assist with cash management
• Manage reputed company corporate credit card transactions, including review, coding, and reconciliation
• Administer reputed company workflows, ensuring invoices and reimbursements are properly approved and documented
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts on a routine reputed company
• reputed company basic general ledger reconciliations reputed company to AP, cash, and prepaid expenses
• Assist with petty cash controls and tracking, including international locations
• Work closely with international employees and vendors, supporting payments across multiple countries and currencies
• Proactively communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, discrepancies, or delays
• Complete end of year 1099s and donation tax receipts

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general reputed company
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high transaction volume
• Experience with expense management systems, credit card platforms, and approval workflows (e.g., reputed company, Zoho, reputed company or similar)
• Comfortable working with international employees, vendors, and time zones
• Ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies independently
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented reputed company
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build positive working relationships
• Highly organized, reputed company, and reputed company to meet deadlines in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance or reputed company field
• Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
