reputed company. is seeking a Trainer I to deliver engaging training experiences for clients transitioning to the New OneSite platform. The role involves facilitating virtual sessions, developing training materials, and guiding clients through adoption processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client-facing training sessions for users transitioning to the New OneSite platform, including in-person trainings, webinars, live virtual sessions, and interactive workshops
- reputed company and maintain reusable training materials and assets, such as scripts, facilitation guides, presentations, tutorials, FAQs, and other instructional resources tailored to the new platform
- Participate in special projects and team initiatives that support client adoption and platform rollout
- Incorporate feedback from peers and managers to continuously improve training effectiveness and client experience
- Monitor and support customer satisfaction metrics (CSATs) to ensure high-quality training and reputed company reputed company
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the New OneSite platform, as well as relevant reputed company products and features, to deliver accurate and effective training

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience

- Confident public speaking skills with the ability to engage, energize, and effectively facilitate learning in a virtual or in-person classroom setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills
