The Customer Care Representative will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, addressing inquiries about insurance policies, coverage, and billing issues while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while proactively seeking solutions reputed company compliance and legal requirements
- Communicate with customers reputed company multiple channels (phone, chats, emails) while navigating multiple systems and platforms
- Receive and respond to inquiries reputed company to insurance reputed company
- Interact with customers, agents, and others to resolve moderately reputed company issues regarding policy provisions and conditions
- Evaluate and interpret policy information reputed company prescribed authority limits

Skills
- Minimum of 1-3 years customer service
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Producer/Agent license with a Property and Casualty line of authority will be required for this role
- Ability to reputed company a quiet, distraction-free environment and high-speed internet
- Intermediate computer skills with ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
