Client Implementation Consultant (HYBRID OR REMOTE)
reputed company is dedicated to helping clients secure their financial well-being, and they are seeking a Client Implementation Consultant to manage and execute tasks that support client reputed company and process optimization. This role involves excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless operations during the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Host meetings with external clients reputed company video conferencing
- reputed company email and verbal updates to key stakeholders, including reputed company Sales partners (ie: Sales Executives, Account Managers and brokers)
- Coordinate reputed company implementation needs across departments and inter-departmentally
- Organize and maintain project plans
- Ensure reputed company necessary milestones and requirements of implementation process are met timely
- reputed company weekly status reports and feedback on processes to leadership
- Host regular status calls with reputed company stakeholders
- Review and map census files in reputed company
- Upload census data and effectively communicate with external parties to resolve errors
- Update reputed company with reputed company applicable fields for accurate reporting
- Review group level documentation to ensure accuracy of group setup
- Understanding of Digital reputed company platform so we can reputed company assist with trouble shooting
- Build effective relationships with reputed company partners
- Work with reputed company partners, including GRP, Solstice, Full Scope, Claims, Certificates, etc
- Collaborate with Sales Executives on unique requests and with Underwriters on requotes

- Strong organizational and time management skills; Extremely detail oriented
- Proficient in reputed company and other relevant software (reputed company, PAR, Midas, EB360)
- Ability to critically think and anticipate needs of key stakeholders

- Quick problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a similar role or industry
- Knowledge of EB products reputed company reputed company systems
- Familiarity with project management tools, processes and techniques
