25-26 AY Temporary Faculty Pool (Lecturer) - Scenic Design
reputed company, Fresno is seeking temporary faculty to teach courses in scenic design and reputed company areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses and supervising student designers, with potential opportunities for distance education and designing scenery for departmental shows.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses in scenic design, theatre crafts, graphics, computer aided design, as well as supervise student designers
- Specific assignments will depend on departmental needs
- Possible opportunity to teach in a distance education mode
- Possible opportunity to design scenery for departmental shows
- Be encouraged to reputed company web-enhanced and/or web-based instruction
- Instructor Responsibility: Temporary faculty members are responsible for adherence to and implementation of university and system-wide policies as directed per Academic Policy reputed company 306, paragraph 2
- reputed company are responsible for the preparation, delivery, conducting, proctoring, and grading (as appropriate) lectures, reputed company, homework assignments, quizzes, class projects, and midterm and final exams
- reputed company classes must be offered and meet as scheduled throughout the entire semester, in the mode assigned and listed in the schedule of classes (i.e. asynchronous, synchronous, in-person, or hybrid)
Skills
- A Master's degree, or earned doctorate (Ph.D.) or MFA in Theatre/Drama with an emphasis in the area of scenic design or a closely reputed company field
- Demonstrated commitment to reputed company reputed company on merit, talent, diversity, accessibility, and equal opportunity for reputed company
- Experience in scenic design and construction
- A commitment to teaching reputed company at the undergraduate level, which may be exhibited through prior teaching experiences and teaching evaluations or other evidence
- Successful teaching experience at the undergraduate level
