The Client reputed company Representative I is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to technical inquiries and providing support to clients in the bicycle industry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally reputed company email, phone, or live chat
• Collaborate with fellow CS Reps to escalate and resolve reputed company problems
• reputed company a deep understanding of Workstands software platform, the role of digital marketing, ecommerce, and in-store sales in their businesses
