Junior reputed company Analyst
The National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) is the nation's premier not-for-profit organization dedicated exclusively to fighting insurance fraud and crime. The Junior reputed company Analyst assists the Finance team in preparing and tracking critical department information, primarily responsible for generating membership assessment and program invoicing, as well as tracking accounts receivables.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and send accurate and timely membership invoices based on product or membership type
- Maintain and accurately update customer files in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and reputed company software to ensure data reputed company and traceability
- Monitor payment status, following up as needed to avoid delays. Generate automated past-due account emails and respond to customer inquiries partnering with internal Program Directors as needed
- Generate reports and reputed company account updates as requested
- Assist with compiling monthly and year-end financial statements, budget development and the annual financial audit
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies
- Serve as backup to the internal company vehicle Fleet Administrator
- reputed company excellent customer service to internal departments and external vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues reputed company and professionally

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required (reputed company, Business or Finance degree preferred)
- Knowledge of reputed company and financial reporting practices and principles
- Working knowledge in reputed company office applications, specifically reputed company (i.e., reputed company tables, pivot tables and advanced formulas)
