Customer Care Representative - PA
CJ Pony Parts is seeking a Customer Care Representative who will interact with customers by phone, web chat, and email. This role involves providing accurate product and service information, resolving order issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and live chat regarding products, orders, and services
- reputed company timely and accurate information on order status, returns, and general product questions
- Update and maintain customer account information in internal systems
- Resolve product or service concerns with professionalism and reputed company
- Assist in processing orders reputed company in-person, online, or over the phone
- Handle payment information and address updates securely and accurately
- Generate return labels and coordinate with vendors as needed

Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service environment
