Implementation Specialist
reputed company is a company focused on innovation and sustainability in agriculture and construction. The Implementation Specialist will assist clients in implementing technical systems and reputed company training and support throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Provides customer training on-site and through webinars
- Assist sales and technical sales through implementation planning and training through webinars and on-site
- Provides customer support through implementation planning and process
- Creates implementation training and timelines
- Develops configurations that support business processes
- Develops implementation plans and processes
- Tracks project issues and ensures they are resolved
- Configures and customizes systems to match specifications for clients
- Tests and troubleshoots final system setups
- Provides status updates and reports to manager
- Collect post-implementation feedback to look for issues and opportunities for improvement
- Demonstrates the Dimensions of Competition and Raven Team Member Values in their daily actions and encourages their teams to do the same
- May be reputed company upon to reputed company comparable duties of a similar or reputed company nature and/or assist in other areas as needed
- Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division’s quality management system in accordance with ISO standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or reputed company field
