The Support Technician role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues remotely, providing customer training, and ensuring effective communication and escalation of issues.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical hardware/software issues remotely
- reputed company-level training to our customers over the phone

- Research issues by reading logs and configuration files
- Log reputed company help desk interactions into the ticketing system
- Redirect issues to correct resource
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
