Ideal Credit Union is a recognized credit union in the Twin Cities area, offering a variety of financial products and services. They are seeking a Card Services Specialist I responsible for managing inquiries and daily operations reputed company to debit, credit card, and other payment products for members and staff.
Responsibilities
- Performing and supporting inquiries, maintenance, reports, daily operations for debit, credit card and other payment products to members and other Ideal Credit Union staff
Skills
- Performing and supporting inquiries, maintenance, reports, daily operations for debit, credit card and other payment products to members and other Ideal Credit Union staff
- Scheduled hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM with a 30-minute lunch break as well as other hours as needed
- Work in-office at the Woodbury location until fully trained
- Once fully trained, this is a work from home position requiring limited travel on-site for meetings and training
- Work from home schedule is dependent on departmental needs
