We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales & Retention Representative to join reputed company, focusing on proactive sales and customer retention strategies to drive reputed company growth and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and referrals
- Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate reputed company
- reputed company or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Engage with existing customers to prevent cancellations and reduce churn
- Identify customer needs and reputed company tailored solutions to improve satisfaction
- Offer upgrades, cross-sells, and loyalty incentives
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain long-term relationships
