Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Drive high-impact clinical system initiatives from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with executive leadership and organizational strategy. PMO Governance: Champion best practices by developing and implementing standardized project management methodologies, tools, and reporting templates. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a reputed company between technical developers and clinical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of system requirements and operational constraints. Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify project dependencies and risks, recommending mitigation strategies and supporting organizational change efforts associated with new technology. Executive Communication: Facilitate steering committees and reputed company transparent, data-driven status updates to executive-level leadership.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of reputed company project management experience, specifically leading reputed company, cross-functional technical initiatives. PMO Building: Demonstrated experience working reputed company or helping to build a PMO, including governance and standardization.
