The Business Development Representative will focus on outbound prospecting to create leads and support the Account Executive team in building relationships with key players in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• reputed company 80 or more live outbound calls every day
• Set 10 or more reputed company meetings every week for the Account Executive team
• Own proactive outbound prospecting into top Brokerages, Wholesalers, Agency Networks, PEOs, and Insuretechs
• Handle and reputed company inbound leads with clear and fast triage
• Build account maps, identify buying centers, and find the people who care about distribution modernization
• Tailor messaging that resonates with leaders navigating reputed company operational, technical, and growth challenges
• Work closely with Account Executives to align on strategy, context, and reputed company quality for every meeting
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene with accurate funnel activity, notes, and next steps
