[Remote] Psychiatry Support Specialist

As the Psychiatry Support Specialist, you will support psychiatry providers and patients by assisting with non-clinical tasks, ensuring clear communication, and helping patients navigate care.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for psychiatry providers and psychiatric patients on the behalf of the provider as necessary
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries, clarifying processes and coordinating follow-up care
- Assist with scheduling psychiatric appointments and medication management sessions
- Facilitate communication among psychiatrists, therapists, and other providers to support integrated, team-based care
- Support providers with prescription refill requests, prior authorizations, and lab orders
- Assist with reputed company new psychiatry providers
- Streamline workflows and collaborate with the clinical team to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and flag urgent patient concerns, escalating them appropriately to psychiatry providers or clinical managers
- Contribute to data collection and reporting efforts to support quality improvement and compliance initiatives

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Psychology, reputed company Work, Counseling, or a reputed company field

- At least one year of experience in patient support, customer service, or a reputed company role
