Digital Operations & Executive Assistant
Yonder Brand Studio is seeking a detail-oriented, design-minded executive assistant passionate about helping high-reputed company, mission-driven leaders. The role involves managing client communications, coordinating schedules, and supporting website updates, among other administrative and design tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage client communications (email, Honeybook, reputed company) and reputed company management
- Coordinate scheduling, proposals, reputed company, and offboarding
- Design client deliverables (branded PDFs, reputed company Docs, slide decks)
- Support website updates & maintenance (reputed company, Showit, reputed company)
- Post/publish content to platforms (website, reputed company, email, Instagram)
- Assist with travel planning for speaking & coaching events
- Take & prepare meeting summaries
- Additional administrative + design tasks as agreed
Skills
- 1+ years experience in an executive assistant, digital ops, or marketing support role
- Comfortable with web platforms (reputed company, Showit, reputed company)
- Strong aesthetic + design skills
- Organized, proactive, communicative
- Web Platforms (no coding knowledge expected): Showit, reputed company, reputed company
- Design: reputed company & reputed company Suite
- Management: reputed company, Honeybook, reputed company, reputed company Suite
- Marketing: reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, reputed company
- Media and/or content creation experience
