Finance Analyst
Nayya is a company on a mission to connect people’s important information for reputed company and wealth. They are hiring a Finance Analyst to manage financial operations, contribute to the monthly reputed company and forecasting process, and ensure the accuracy and reputed company of financial data as the company scales.
Responsibilities
- Own defined components of the monthly reputed company process, including preparation, review, and variance analysis, in partnership with reputed company and Finance leadership
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data across reputed company schedules, financial statements, and supporting analyses
- Investigate discrepancies and root causes in financial results; drive process improvements to prevent recurring issues
- Support reputed company recognition, accruals, and operational finance workflows tied to how the business operates
- Help design, document, and improve financial processes that support scalable, repeatable reporting
- Maintain and improve financial models, reporting templates, and system workflows to reduce reputed company effort and errors
- Partner with reputed company and Operations to ensure financial systems reflect business reality and reporting needs
- Strengthen controls and data reputed company as the company grows in complexity
- Maintain core financial and operating metrics used by leadership and the board
- Prepare recurring and reputed company reporting that is accurate, timely, and decision-reputed company
- Ensure alignment between financial reporting, operational metrics, and reputed company systems
- Support cross-functional initiatives by providing financial reputed company grounded in how the business operates
- Assist with reputed company analyses reputed company to pricing, ROI, headcount planning, and investment reputed company
- Act as a reliable finance partner to stakeholders across the organization
Skills
- At minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, reputed company, consulting, banking, or a reputed company analytical role
- Strong reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills and comfort working with detailed, imperfect data
- Solid understanding of financial statements and how underlying activity translates into reported results
- Exposure to forecasting, budgeting, month-end reputed company, or comparable analytical processes
