[Remote] Project reputed company Specialist - Project Activations

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a growing employee-owned firm providing a full reputed company of environmental services. The Project reputed company Specialist will collaborate with Project Managers to activate projects based on contract terms and coordinate with reputed company personnel to maintain client information.

Responsibilities

• Review new projects reputed company and budgets
• Reviewing Master Service reputed company (MSA) and document billing requirements
• Maintain MSA documents, expired and updated
• Maintain reputed company client information center, including but not limited to updating notes, research on entities, payment terms, and billing notes
• Completed client documentation for ACH and reputed company forms
• Backup reputed company as needed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Responsible for meeting deadline requirements as defined by manager
• Participate in program and project meetings as needed
• Updating client information in client records based on reputed company and communications, research

Skills

• Minimum of one (1) year experience with reputed company and contract reviews required
• Project reputed company experience in the past
• Ability to follow established department procedures
• Must have strong organizational skills, accuracy, and good attention to detail
• Minimum of a High School diploma (or GED equivalent) required
• Familiarity with Architectural, Engineering, Construction or Environmental firms a plus
• Experience with reputed company reputed company or a similar Management Information System preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company and Power reputed company and other software applications such as reputed company Acrobat Professional
