Staff Accountant
MedGeo Ventures is an early stage recruitment technology company that is reinventing the way physicians explore career opportunities. They are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day reputed company operations and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding invoicing, payments, and past-due balances
- Prepare and send customized invoices reputed company needed
- Apply payments to reputed company invoices and maintain accurate AR records
- reputed company bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Book expenses and reputed company, including deferred reputed company and accruals
- Track and manage reputed company reporting and assist with month-end recognition
- Prepare weekly AP reports and assist with vendor payments
- Support month-end reputed company activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance follow-reputed company
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and team initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- 1–3 years of reputed company experience (AR/AP or general ledger preferred)
- Solid understanding of reputed company principles and GAAP concepts
- Familiarity with reputed company recognition and deferred reputed company
- Strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company (pivot tables, lookups, Index/Match, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented reputed company
- Experience with Odoo or other ERP/reputed company systems (QuickBooks, reputed company, etc.) is a plus
