Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day administrative and operational support to the VP, Production Operations including scheduling and calendar management
• Serve as a central hub for communication, helping disseminate information, meeting notes, and next steps across multiple working teams to help ensure projects and teams stay organized, informed, and on track
• Support senior leaders and project teams by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, responding quickly to scheduling needs, and preparing materials for presentations and internal reviews
• Create, reputed company, and maintain decks and documents used to communicate creative development, project status, and strategic updates to stakeholders, including senior executives
