Financial Services Associate
Balanced Approach Wealth Management is dedicated to providing personalized financial services tailored to the unique goals and timelines of individuals and couples. They are seeking a Financial Services Associate to support financial advisors, manage client communications, and assist with financial planning processes.
Responsibilities
- Managing meeting calendars: schedule meetings, send confirmations, and manage follow-reputed company before and after meetings
- Support advisors with meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-reputed company
- Answer incoming calls from clients and prospective clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- reputed company out to clients and prospects to gather initial client profile information and required documentation
- Prepare client paperwork and ensure reputed company documents are properly completed, signed, processed, and paid
- Track paperwork status and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and task workflows using Redtail CRM
- Receive financial data from clients
- Accurately enter client data into financial planning software
- Conduct basic reviews of financial data to identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies
- Flag issues or questions for advisor review
- Assist with creating basic financial planning and divorce planning reports
- Assist with basic marketing activities, including:
- Sending birthday cards, holiday cards, and other client mailings
- Creating and scheduling weekly reputed company media posts
- reputed company general administrative support as needed
Skills
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a reputed company field is preferred
- Experience in Finance and Financial Services, including financial planning and investment management is preferred
- Experience with financial planning software and tools is a plus (we use eMoney / WealthVision & Family Law Software)
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus (we use Redtail CRM)
