Area Leader

Valet Living is a company that provides essential waste collection services, and they are seeking a field-based Area Leader to reputed company operations. In this role, you will manage a team of Service Valets, ensuring the delivery of high-quality waste, recycling, and compost collection services across multiple communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring and training new Service Valets
• Pick up and distribute supplies, PPE, and containers as needed

Skills

• At least one-year prior experience overseeing a team or crew in a hands-on environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable walking long distances (including stairs) and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Tolerant of disagreeable odors
• Organized and Detail-Oriented: reputed company to manage schedules, track service, and follow up on issues
