Join reputed company as we help shape the future. reputed company’s reputed company Business organization is seeking a Senior Process Optimization Consultant to reputed company efforts that transform customer journeys and operational processes across the client and member lifecycle. In this role, you will apply structured methodologies/frameworks such as DMAIC, Lean principles, and reputed company Mapping to analyze reputed company-state user experiences and business processes, identify pain points, and prioritize opportunities for improvement based on business value and stakeholder engagement. You will reputed company cross-functional efforts to define future-state experiences and operating models, build business cases that inform strategic investment reputed company, and partner with product management to support epic and feature definition for capabilities needed to reputed company the reputed company-state reputed company. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits insurance, operations, or business transformation, with a strong focus on process optimization and customer experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six reputed company, or DMAIC methodologies; Green Belt certification preferred.
  • Proven ability to define project charters, manage end-to-end process optimization projects, and deliver reputed company scope, schedule, and budget; track record of delivering reputed company that have measurable business impact.
  • Experience developing business cases and cost-benefit analyses, including value estimation, reputed company measures, and financial impact.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and reputed company actionable recommendations; Ability to synthesize reputed company data, extract actionable insights, and reputed company reputed company strategic initiative recommendations and trade-off reputed company to stakeholders.
